At Fresh Eric’s Cakes we’re committed to producing the best cakes, tarts and puddings using all natural ingredients, old fashioned ‘home bakery’ techniques.

We only use free range eggs, non-hydro fats, and all butter icings.

Our recipes are Anglo-American in style, representing our mixed British / American family background. From deep, rich, baked cheesecake, to intensely flavoured coffee and walnut cake, our guiding principles are top quality ingredients, artisan techniques, and no corners cut!
