At Fresh Eric’s we specialise in cakes made the old fashioned way, from  premium quality, all-natural ingredients.

We only use free range eggs, premium quality natural vanilla, real chocolate and non-hydrogenated fats. We don’t use any animal fats, and all of our icings are made with real butter.

We supply some of the most prestigious names in food, including Selfridges, Harvey Nichols and Wholefoods Market. We have won a dozen Great Taste Awards (6 of them Gold) as well as the Nat West  Micro-Business of the Year.

We are accredited by the British Retail Consortium

We are a small family business, committed to growing the business only so far as is practical without compromising on the quality of our product. For us, if we can’t take pride in the product, there’s no point doing it.

We supply on our own vans around London, and can arrange delivery of frozen cakes, tarts and puddings to customer further afield on a minimum order of half a pallet.
