At Fresh Eric’s Cakes we’re committed to producing the best cakes, tarts
and puddings using all natural ingredients and old fashioned ‘home bakery’ techniques.
We only use free range eggs, non-hydro fats, and all butter icings. Our recipes, unlike some of our competition, are not disgraced by nasty animal fats, coal tar derivatives, or any artificial colours or flavours.
Our recipes are Anglo-American in style, representing our mixed British / American family background. From deep, rich, baked cheesecake, to intensely flavoured coffee and walnut cake, our guiding principles are top quality ingredients, artisan techniques and no corners cut.
